Define the appointment basics, write the four SMS messages, and adjust any extra variables they create.

How message variables work

Use readable variable names like {{customer name}}. The reserved variables are the date values and {{link}}. Any other variable is added automatically below as required and customer-fillable by default.

Reserved keywords
{{day}} {{month}} {{year}} {{hour}} {{minute}} {{link}}

Example: Hola {{name}}, te esperamos el {{day}}/{{month}}/{{year}} a las {{hour}}:{{minute}}. Gestiona tu cita aquí: {{link}}.

SMS messages

All four SMS types use the same variable rules. Leave the text empty if you do not want to send one of them.

Reminder

Example: Te esperamos el {{day}}/{{month}}/{{year}} a las {{hour}}:{{minute}}.

Confirmation

Example: Tu reserva del {{day}}/{{month}} a las {{hour}}:{{minute}} queda confirmada.

Cancellation

Example: La cita del {{day}}/{{month}}/{{year}} ha sido cancelada.

Reschedule

Example: Tu cita ahora es el {{day}}/{{month}}/{{year}} a las {{hour}}:{{minute}}.

Custom fields

When you use a custom variable in a message it appears here automatically as required and customer-fillable. You can decide which fields customers can fill and which stay internal.
